The staff were courteous and exceptional. Beds were cozy.- The location was great for North Conway, very close to restaurants, the center of town, and the outlets.

The breakfast itself is satisfactory and the food is different. The room is huge, immaculate comes with TV stand as well as coffee anytime: )

The breakfast had a good variety of options and was satisfying. The spacious room was very clean and had coffee available at all times. The hotel's central location made it convenient to visit all the places I wanted to see.

Everyone was supper friendly and very pleasant.

Every morning the women/men at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfest was excellent.

Clean rooms and exceptionally friendly staff - can't ask for more! The room is nicely decorated and always tidy. They have coffee available 24/7 and a convenient TV stand. A cozy setup for a holiday stay! ☕

The beds were very comfortable . Free breakfast was a bonus. It was a quiet area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hot tub had a very strong chemical odor couldn't use it because of that. Our room was right next to elevator which was noisy at times. Breakfast would be better if it had gluten free options available. The towels at the pool were to small.

The staff at the hotel was super friendly and amiable all the time. I really enjoyed the room with a king bed. The hotel was set in a central area adjacent to a beautiful winter getaway and Settlers Green Outlet mall. The stay was good!

I liked the location and comfort

My 1 year old son found a pill under the bed. He was just about to put it in his mouth when my 5 year old daughter noticed and took it from him. I'm not sure if I was aspirin (there was no writing on it) or what else it could be. Very scary to think what could have happened had he swallowed it.

The breakfast offers a good selection of different foods, the rooms are quiet with nice TV stands, the building is pleasant, the location is convenient in the town center, and it's a beautiful place for a getaway.

Someone needs to clean the tracks around the windows. Otherwise very clean

I liked that it was clean and near shopping centers.staff could have been more friendly though. My reservation was for 2 adults an 2 kids and they didnt have me down for that in there computer but I did have the email to confirm it. Disappointed because it took longer an then had to get more towels
